How to Login to UDISE Plus SDMS – MSRVVP 2026-27
Follow these 7 steps to login to the Student Module (SDMS) for MSRVVP:
- Open Google Chrome on your computer or laptop
- Go to: SDMS Direct Login – MSRVVP (https://sdms.udiseplus.gov.in/p3/v1/login?state-id=161)
- The MSRVVP login page will open directly – no need to select your state again
- Type your school's 11-digit UDISE Code in the username field
- Enter your password (provided by your Block MIS Coordinator / BRC)
- Type the captcha code shown on screen carefully
- Click "Login" – your school's student data dashboard will open
About UDISE Plus in MSRVVP
UDISE Plus for MSRVVP covers all centrally-run schools under this organisation. All schools in the system must submit annual data through the UDISE+ portal including student enrollment, teacher information and school infrastructure details.
Each school has a unique 11-digit UDISE Code assigned by the Ministry of Education. This code is the school's permanent identity in the national education system and is used to login to all UDISE+ modules.
The data submitted by MSRVVP schools is used by the Ministry of Education to:
- Allocate teachers and fill vacancies based on actual student enrollment
- Distribute grants for school infrastructure improvements (classrooms, toilets, labs)
- Plan Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) budget for MSRVVP
- Track individual student progress through APAAR ID (Academic Aadhaar)
- Ensure Mid-Day Meal (MDM) and other benefits reach every eligible student
- Generate MSRVVP State Report Cards for policy decisions
UDISE Plus Data Entry – What MSRVVP Schools Must Fill in 2026-27
Schools in MSRVVP must fill four categories of data. The reference date is 30th September 2026 – all data must reflect the school's status as on that date:
Student Data (SDMS)
Each student's General Profile (GP) – name, Aadhaar, class, gender. Enrollment Profile (EP) – category, marks. Student Facilities (SF) – books, uniform, MDM. APAAR ID generation is mandatory.
Teacher Data
Teacher profiles with PEN number, qualifications (B.Ed/D.El.Ed), in-service training, appointment type (regular/contract/guest), subject taught and class assigned.
School Infrastructure
Classrooms (good/needs repair), toilets for boys/girls, drinking water, electricity, boundary wall, ramp for disabled students, kitchen shed for mid-day meal.
Digital Facilities
Computers, internet type, smart classroom, ICT lab, digital library, CCTV, solar power – all must be reported accurately to reflect the actual school situation.
APAAR ID for MSRVVP Students – 2026-27
All schools in MSRVVP must generate APAAR IDs for every student through the SDMS portal. APAAR ID is a 12-digit unique academic identity number linked to the student's Aadhaar card. It is mandatory from 2026-27. After logging into SDMS, go to Student Facilities → APAAR ID Generation to complete this for each student.
